one is happy
one went for long vacation of 5 days
ok, so that does not sound like a long vacation but boo to you.
one went to bangalore and then to coorg
one stayed with elephants at the camp at Dubare
majja came to one
elephants are very nice and gentle and intelligent
one just wished the bleeding mahouts/trainers would stop poking them with that stick
one also wishes that the chains from around their feet would be removed
but one was also glad that they were fed well and left free for most of the day to roam in the nearby jungles and their tusks were not mutilated
and one was gladder to have been able to stand by them, scrub them and tell them about how beautiful they were
one believes they heard and understood every single word
one loves elephants.
